I do a lot of interval workouts using time intervals (e.g., 90 sec on, 30 off x 8). It would be great to be able to breakdown my splits in terms of time instead of distance (so be able to see, for this 30 second period, I went 0.10 miles, or i was running at an average pace of 6 min/mil). Right now it only has splits by distance, which isn’t super helpful for time intervals. As an added bonus, it would be great if that was integrated with the coach. For the workout above, I had the coach tell me to go hard for 90 sec, and then easy for 30 sec. If the splits could integrate with that (that is, after the workout, it would give me a summary report with: interval 1, hard, you went X distance and Y pace, interval 1, easy, you went X distance and Y pace, etc.), that would be awesome!
