The option to log in to MapMy with Facebook is no longer supported. We have started removing this option from our website and mobile apps and soon it will be completely unavailable.
I created my MapMy account through Facebook, do I still have a MapMy account?
Yes! You still have a MapMy account that you can access with your email address, though you will need to request a password reset. You can request a password reset by clicking here, entering the email address associated with your MapMy account, and pressing the "Reset Password" button. You will then receive a password reset email so you can choose a password to login to your MapMy account.
How do I find the email address associated with my MapMy account?
If you are already logged in to your MapMy account, you can find your email address in the Profile section of both our mobile apps and website. For more information, please check out our Help Center article Update Account Information which details the process with screenshots from web, iOS, and Android.
If you are not currently logged in and do not remember the email address for your MapMy account, the email address should match the email address for your Facebook account. Facebook provides information about how to view this information on Facebook's Help Center here. Please note that updating your email address on Facebook will not update your email address in our systems. Instead, after finding your email address and resetting your MapMy password, you'll want to update your MapMy email address by going through our Update Account Information Help Center article.
I still can't find my MapMy account email address, what do I do?
If you are still unable to get into your MapMy account, please contact our support team with additional information to help us locate your MapMy account. Please contact us here and provide the following information:
- Any potential email address that could be connected to your MapMy (or Facebook) account
- Your first and last name as it appears on MapMy account
- Location (Country, State, City) when you created the MapMy account
- Date of birth listed on your MapMy account
Once we've received the request, we'll do our best to locate your MapMy account in our systems and provide you with information so you can reset your password.
