There are two ways to share your workout to Facebook at this time. One way is prior to saving a workout, the other option is after you have saved the workout. Android users please note: The following screenshots are from an iOS device but the process is very similar.
Sharing via the Mobile App
Prior to saving your workout you can add notes and then adjust the privacy settings of your post.
- Privacy settings must be set to Friends or Public in order to post to Facebook
- The social media link must not be greyed out in order to post correctly. If it isn't responding to your taps, please look at your privacy settings in step 1.
If you have a workout saved already that you want to share:
- Tap on the three dots in the upper right
- Tap "Share"
- Choose your Social Media
- After writing some notes about your workout (optional), tap "Send" (iOS) or "OK" (Android)
Sharing via the Website
Log in to www.mapmyfitness.com and select "Training" from the top of the page, then select "Workouts" from the Training menu. This will direct you to your workout calendar. From the calendar, click on the workout that you'd like to share and then click "view" from the list of options. At the top of the workout, there are sharing options for Facebook, Twitter, and email. You can click the service you'd like to use and share it!
