As of December 31, 2019, UA Record was removed from all app stores and is no longer providing bug fixes or customer support for any version of the UA Record app that remains on your device. UA Record will be retired on March 31, 2020 and will no longer operate.
If you have been tracking workouts in UA Record, we have an even better tracking experience for you in our MapMyFitness app. To get started, install MapMyFitness and log in with your same UA Record email and password. Your UA Record profile and workout data will be available in MapMyFitness (including your workout history, friends, feed posts, and other data).
How do I log in to a MapMy app?
If you have an account with UA Record, you can use the exact same login credentials to sign in to any MapMy app (MapMyRun, MapMyFitness, MapMyRide, and MapMyWalk) without having to create a new account. We recommend downloading one of these apps to continue tracking your workouts. To learn more about using MapMyFitness, check out:
I liked the Record workout interface better. How do I customize the stats I see while working out in MapMy?
On Android: You can customize stats by adding/removing them or changing their order. To begin, tap and hold the stat/area that you want to change > Add/Delete/Change the stat > Choose the stat to add or change to, such as heart rate (if connected).
On iOS: You can change what stats are displayed during your workout by tapping the gear icon in the upper right corner > tap Configure Stats on the Workout Setup screen > hold down on the stat you wish to have shown during your workout, and drag up to place it under the "Shown During Workout" header. Once configured, tap the back arrow > then tap "Done."
The stats you selected will then cycle through at the bottom of your screen while recording a workout. To see a full view of stats (and no map) tap once on the stat pane. To return to map view, tap again. For more info, check out our Help Center article found here.
