Profile Information
IMPORTANT: If you need to contact support about changing the email address on your account, please include both your old and new email addresses in the support ticket.
On iOS:
Open the menu > select "Profile" at the very top of the menu > tap the "Edit" button > press 'Save' before navigating to a new page.
On Android:
Open the menu > tap your profile image > tap the pencil in the upper right corner.
Tap the checkmark in the top right corner to save any changes before navigating away.
On Web:
To update your profile information, such as height, weight, and location, visit our website and log into your account.
Once you've logged in, hover your mouse over your profile photo at the top right corner and choose "Profile and Settings." Then, select "Profile Information" from the left-side menu.
Be sure to click "SAVE" after making any changes.
Login Information (Web Only)
You can change your email address and password from your Account Settings on our website.
To edit your email and password from our website, visit our site and log into your account.
Once logged in, hover your mouse over your profile photo in the top right corner and choose "Profile and Settings." From there, select "Account " from the left side menu.
Be sure to click "SAVE" after making any changes.

Why can't I edit my username?
Please note that usernames can no longer be updated. We made significant improvements to our user databases; however, one side-effect of the improvements is the deprecation of usernames as an editable field. New users who register today will not create usernames for their accounts, and usernames can no longer be used to log in to MapMy accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused.
