Please follow the steps below to permanently remove your profile, activity, and presence from MapMyRun, MapMyWalk, MapMyFitness, and MapMyRide.
To complete this process, you will need your account password. If you do not know your password, you can request a reset email here.
If you are an MVP members, please ensure that your subscription is canceled prior to deleting your account. Otherwise, you will continue to be charged for your subscription. To learn more about canceling a subscription, please review our article here.
Mobile App
Follow the steps below to delete your account on our mobile app.
Open the MapMy app > tap the Menu icon at the bottom right > tap "Help" > tap"Delete Account" > enter your password > tap "Continue".
If you do not know your password, there is a "forgot password" link at the bottom of the page.

Follow the steps below to delete your account on our website.
Log in to www.mapmyfitness.com > hover your mouse over your photo in the top right corner > select "Profile & Settings" > "Account" > "Delete Account".
Enter your account password and select "Continue".
If you do not remember your password, click the Forgot Password link above the Continue button.
Check all three boxes to continue.

Why am I still being charged for a subscription after I deleted my account?
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel your MVP subscription. Instructions on how to cancel can be found here.
My password reset email never arrived, so I can't delete my account. What now?
Your account may exist under a different email address. In any case, you can send us a support request here, and we can assist you.
