If you upgraded via an Android in-app purchase, you can cancel your subscription directly from the Google Play Store App. Please follow the steps below.
Open Google Play Store App > Tap on profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > MapMy > Cancel Subscription
If you would like to request a refund via the Google Play Store App please follow the steps below.
Open the Google Play Store App > Tap on profile > Tap Help & Feedback > Tap Request your Google Play Refund
You can also request a refund from the Google Play website here.
If you have issues requesting this refund through Google Play, you can also contact our support team to investigate by submitting a support request here. Please provide us with the order number that begins with GPA that is associated with your purchase. This can be found in the email from Google Play confirming your purchase, or in your account history.
