To export your workout history, click here, or copy and paste https://www.mapmyfitness.com/workout/export/csv into your browser. Once you have done so, log in to your MapMy account using your email and password.
After you log in, a .csv file will immediately appear in your computer's Downloads folder.
On your mobile device, the file will be immediately opened once downloaded. You can view your workout history on your phone, or tap the share icon at the bottom and send it to yourself via email or another app.

Once on a desktop, the file can be opened with Excel, and you'll be able to see a summary of your workout history with MapMy.
Why isn't my .csv downloading? Instead, I get an error.
If you have over 5k workouts with MapMy, you'll need to contact our customer support team to get a .csv of your workouts. Please submit a support ticket here and one of our agents will be glad to help!
Why doesn't my .csv contain time-series data?
At this time, bulk export does not include time-series data for workouts. We do, however, offer an option to download workouts individually as TCX files from their website workout summaries, which includes time-series data.
To do so, visit your workout calendar on our website, view a workout, and on the summary page click the button labeled "TCX." A file will immediately save to your device's Downloads folder.
Can I re-import my .csv file to MapMy after downloading it?
At this time, you cannot re-import CSV files to MapMy.
How do I export GPS data from a workout?
Routes can also be exported individually, but they will not contain time-series data. To export a route, go to your routes list on our website and select a route from the list. Once on the Route Details page, look for a box on the right labeled "Route Info." Inside there is an option to export your route as a .gpx or .kml file.
