Why doesn't my .csv contain time-series data?
At this time, bulk export does not include time-series data for workouts. We do, however, offer an option to download workouts individually as TCX files from their website workout summaries, which includes time-series data.
To do so, visit your workout calendar on our website, view a workout, and on the summary page click the button labeled "TCX." A file will immediately save to your device's Downloads folder.
Can I re-import my .csv file to MapMy after downloading it?
At this time, you cannot re-import CSV files to MapMy.
How do I export GPS data from a workout?
Routes can also be exported individually, but they will not contain time-series data. To export a route, go to your routes list on our website and select a route from the list. Once on the Route Details page, look for a box on the right labeled "Route Info." Inside there is an option to export your route as a .gpx or .kml file.
