New Users
You can create an account from either the app or website.
To create an account via the app, visit the app store on your phone (Google Play or iTunes) and install the MapMy app of your choice (MapMyFitness, MapMyRun, MapMyWalk, MapMyRide). There is no difference between the apps. You can record any workout using any of the apps or sites.
After installing, open the app, choose the "Join Now" option, and fill in your profile information. Providing accurate information will ensure an accurate calorie burn and help us access your account if you encounter any login issues.

Returning Users
To log in to the app, visit the app store (Google Play or iTunes) and install the MapMy app of your choice (MapMyFitness, MapMyRun, MapMyWalk, MapMyRide). After installing, open the app, choose the "Log In" option, and log in with your email and password.
If you used Apple to create your account, select "Sign in with Apple."
If you do not know your password, tap"Forgot Password?" You can fill in the email associated with your account to receive a reset link.

FAQs
What do I do if I don't receive my password reset email?
The email address submitted during account creation may be an older one or have a typo, the reset request email went to a spam or junk folder, the email hasn't had a chance to go out yet (requests can take up to 30 minutes to arrive), or occasionally there can even be an unforeseen issue on our end.
Try using an older or alternate email to reset the password. If that doesn't work, submit a request with your account information via the link at the bottom of this page, and we can help!
Why can't I create a new account?
You might already have an account with MapMy with the same email address. Try logging in or resetting the password.
My workout history is missing when I log in. What happened?
This typically occurs when a new or second account is accidentally created under a different email. Try using an old or alternate email to log in or request a password reset.
I'm having trouble signing in with Apple. What can I do?

What do I do if I receive a Server Error when logging in?
This typically occurs if you are using a VPN on your phone. If you can log in to our website but receive a server error on your phone, please disable the VPN and try to log in again.
