Logging a workout is best reserved for indoor/stationary workouts that do not use GPS to measure distance, or for workouts you have already completed.
Logging a Workout - Mobile Application
iOS
To log a workout on our mobile app, open the menu by tapping the "More" icon in the bottom right of the Start Workout screen. From the "Log Workout" screen, you can enter the workout's date, activity type, route (if applicable), distance, duration, caloric burn, and more by tapping the "Additional Stats" header. Be sure to select your desired privacy setting and tap "Save" when finished in the upper right corner.
Android
To log a workout on our mobile app, open the menu by tapping the "Menu" icon in the upper left. From the "Log Workout" page, you can enter the workout's date, activity type, route (if applicable), distance, duration, caloric burn, and more by tapping the "Additional Stats" header. Be sure to select your desired privacy setting and tap the checkmark in the upper right corner when finished.
Logging a Workout - Website
To log a workout on our website, visit www.mapmyfitness.com and log in with your account credentials. At the top, you'll see an "Add Workout" button, click it to log a workout. Alternatively, click here to access the Log Workout page directly.
All the same stats can be added here, with the addition of notes. After selecting an activity type, additional stat fields will appear to allow for more accurate logging.
When finished, make sure you click "Save" for the workout to appear on your workout calendar. Note: Logged workouts on our website will adhere to the privacy settings selected in your Account Settings.
