Logging a workout is best reserved for indoor/stationary workouts that do not use GPS to measure distance or for workouts you have already completed.
Logging a Workout on iOS
To log a workout on your mobile app, open the menu by tapping the "..." icon at the bottom right of the screen, and tap "Log Workout." You can enter the workout's date, activity type, route (if applicable), distance, duration, caloric burn, and more. Select your desired privacy setting, and tap "Save Workout" when finished.
Logging a Workout on Android
To log a workout on your mobile app, open the menu by tapping the icon with the three lines in the upper left, and tap "Log Workout." You can enter the workout's date, activity type, route (if applicable), distance, duration, caloric burn, and more. Select your desired privacy setting, and tap "Save Workout" when finished.
Logging a Workout on the Website
To log a workout on the website, visit the MapMyFitness site, and log in with your account credentials. At the top, you'll see an "Add Workout" button where you can manually log the workout. Alternatively, click here to access the Log Workout page directly.
After selecting an activity type, additional stat fields will appear below. You can log all the same stats as you can in the mobile app.
When finished, click "Save" for the workout to appear on your workout calendar.
*Note: logging workouts on our website will follow the privacy settings selected in your Account Settings.
