We want our users to record and save each of their activities reliably. However, there are still a variety of factors that can make saving a workout difficult. Different types of interference can cause an error in saving a workout. These include interferences in:
- GPS signal strength
- Cellular or data signal
- Duration of a recording/workout
- Surrounding environment
Uncrowded and open areas are best when saving a workout, ideally when you're connected to a WiFi signal.
The latest version of the app has a feature where un-synced workouts are stored in the app settings until you have a strong data connection. If an activity fails to sync, navigate to the app settings > Select the "Unsynced Workouts" option to see a list of activities not synced. If an activity is not in this list, you will have to manually log the activity.

*Note: If the app is uninstalled/reinstalled, any un-synced workouts will be lost.
