The MVP membership for our MapMy apps is non-refundable unless the refund request is made within 14 days of the original purchase or subscription renewal. All purchases are subject to the Outside Terms of Use.
To prevent automatic billing, the best option is to cancel the membership in advance of your auto-renewal through your membership settings page or through the app store where the membership was purchased (iOS or GooglePlay). The Billing section of our Help Center provides specific information for cancelling the MVP membership from each platform. Your membership will remain active through the end of the billing cycle, so all your membership benefits will remain even if MVP is canceled that day.
The membership settings page displays information regarding your subscription, including automatic renewal dates. Your membership settings page will show the date that the membership will auto-renew, either monthly or annually.
