If you are having issues submitting a ticket with our Support team in-app, please first verify that there are no updates available for our app in the app store. All versions prior to 20.6.0 will require an update in order to reach our support team successfully.
If you are on the latest version, please try force quitting the app and relaunching it. We believe this will grant you the ability to successfully submit a ticket in-app, but if you're still having difficulty, you can always submit a ticket here.
