Are you having problems with your login or resetting your password? If you can't login or access your account, try the following:
To reset your MapMy account password, click here. You will be asked to enter the email address you used to sign up with MapMy originally. If you signed up via Facebook, enter the email address you use to log in with Facebook. Click "Reset Password," and check your inbox for an email from us that contains a link to reset your password. If you can't locate the email, check your spam, junk, or promotion filters, as it may have been incorrectly sorted by your inbox. If you still can't locate the reset email, it's possible that the email address you entered is not associated with a MapMy account.
If you are able to log in to the website but locked out of the iOS app, you'll want to check your phone's date and time settings. Our login page now requires a valid timestamp so you'll want to make sure your settings are correct.
For iOS devices: Settings > General > Date & Time and turn on Set Automatically.
