MVP Membership Refund Policy

Per our terms and conditions on our site, the MVP membership is non-refundable. The contract below is signed by every MVP member upon purchase. To prevent automatic billing, the best option is to cancel the membership in advance through the membership settings pageIt will remain active through the end of the billing cycle, so all membership benefits remain even if MVP is cancelled that day. 

The membership settings page displays information regarding your subscription, including automatic renewal dates and other account information. That page states clearly that a membership will auto-renew, either monthly or annually.

We realize some technical problems will arise from time to time, as is the nature with software and technology. If there is an outage with a MVP feature please know our team will handle it as quickly and best we can to return feature functionality to normal operation. 
 
From the terms of the contract signed at point of sale:
 
1.1 Non-Trial Subscriptions
If you register to become a MapMyFitness Premium Member, we will charge you the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method, at the time of purchase. All non-trial subscription sales are final. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but NO REFUND will be given, whether in whole or in part, and your access to the Subscription-based Features will continue only for the remainder of the non-trial subscription term.
 
1.2 Subscription Renewals
Your subscription will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional subscription rate unless you cancel your subscription by changing your Membership Preferences. NO REFUND will be given, whether in whole or in part, if you request a cancellation after your renewal payment has been accepted and processed, and your access to the Subscription-based Features will continue only for the remainder of the renewed subscription term."
