If you upgraded via iOS in-app purchase, you’ll need to contact the App Store or iTunes to cancel your subscription. In-app purchases and subscription payments are handled by Apple in a closed payment system that we do not have access to, and for that reason we are unable to cancel or refund their MVP subscriptions. These subscriptions cannot be cancelled by visiting the MVP membership settings on the MapMy site.
It is possible for you to cancel your subscription or request a refund directly from Apple though. Here's a link to Apple's instructions for managing subscriptions created or purchased in-app through iOS devices.
To cancel your subscription yourself directly from iTunes and the App Store, visit your subscription settings from the iOS Settings app. Managing your subscription on iOS can be accomplished by visiting your iOS Settings app > iTunes & App Store > Tap your Apple ID and sign in to Apple > Subscriptions > Manage > MapMy > Toggle off "Automatic Renewal" to cancel.
Additionally, there are a few options for contacting Apple to report a problem and cancel a subscription or receive a refund.
