MapMy has seen historic levels of usage over the last few weeks, which has resulted in some logistical challenges as we scale up our services to support more and more people. While working through these challenges, we experienced a number of service disruptions last week (beginning 4/19), some of which are ongoing.
You may have experienced the following features were delayed or not working correctly:
- Account creation, login, and password reset
- Workout saving/syncing and viewing/editing
- Viewing Friends list and Activity Feed
- Challenges & Training Plans
- HOVR Connected Footwear connection and pairing
If you are missing any workouts from these time periods, please check your Unsynced Workouts folder (Menu > Settings > Unsynced Workouts) and attempt to sync any workouts present. Step by step instructions can be found here.
