I love the available run plans available through the MapMy app on my iPhone, but there are days that the syncing with my Apple Watch does not work well, if at all. If I could sync a planned workout to my watch, then I could leave my phone behind and run a little more free and not stress as much about the technology not working.
On some days when the plan is to run 1 mile at a pace, that's easy enough. But on other days when I am supposed to complete an Interval run with a fast pace one or more times through the run - I prefer the "coach" to tell me when to run faster / slower. And if I was able to do this with out always having my phone, the experience would be so much better.
