Allow user to merge routes/move workouts from one route to another
AnsweredI would like to be able to combine the workouts from different routes together. In other words, I would like to be able to "merge" eg my MMR Routes 15, 17, 23 and 26 into Route 2, as they are all instances of the same run that I did. I would like all of the workout data (time, split times, speeds, etc) to now appear only in Route 2, and for Routes 15, 17, 23 and 26 to be deleted. There are two use cases that would benefit from this.
Firstly, quite often I like to decide how I feel at that moment to decide if I want to go up the big hill, or take a shortcut home, etc. So I would like to be able to just go for a run and then afterwards decide which MMR "route" to assign this workout to.
Secondly, before I realised what "routes" were for, I used to just click "start workout" and then let Map My Run track where I went. So now I have the same physical route logged in multiple MMR "routes", which makes my routes library quite a bit bigger than it needs to be, and apparently I'm not very good at consistently choosing only one of these to continue with.

Hi Tania,
Although we do not offer the ability to merge Routes or attribute workouts to previous Routes just yet, we will be sure to forward these suggestions to our product managers for review and consideration.
