Is foot strike angle only visible within the phone app? Should be able to see this on the website as well...
I love the cadence, stride and foot strike information on runs - please keep these features.
I would love to be able to set goals for these as well (also with Pace) so the app can "coach" me to my goal.
For example, app defaults to a cadence of 180 (or there-about) and that is sufficient; however, if I want to reach a faster pace (7 min mile vs. 8 min mile) I would love to be able to set that as a goal and be coached on increasing stride/cadence to reach that goal.
Most information I have read about foot strike says "there is no foot strike perfect for everyone" - and I agree with that to a point. I understand everyone has a different gate, particularly when running; however, I firmly believe that certain angles of foot strike would only increase chances of injury. Perhaps UA should be the leader on this research?
In any case, I enjoy the app/website as is - so I don't see the need to remove most of the features. If anything they just need to be refined and improved.
Don't give up because something is challenging. A challenge poses a problem, and a problem needs only a solution.
