Ok, so I have basically three workouts that I use. One is a daily and the other two are alternate day. If I use the website, I can copy the workout and post on another day, but I cannot find a way to do it on the app, which would make it much easier. Also, I would like to have the opportunity to customize the activities so I could name it something I would recognize as the workout I am doing. But other than that the app has been very useful.
