Could we have the old site back until the "improved" one is ready?

Feels like you jumped the gun on the race to get this released.

I have not seen one feature that is better than the old site.

How complicated would it be to just make those stats available? Don't need fancy graphics, just the weekly, monthly, & yearly aggregates

I agree!!! I LOVED the weekly/monthly/yearly aggregate stats! I was my main motivation sometimes to get those bars higher each week/month!  This new website design does absolutely NOTHING for me. I'm looking at Strava and others at the moment.

I was crushed not to see the ability to look at daily, weekly, monthly and annual stats.. That is how i have been measuring progress. PLEASE bring that back !! For the first time in years i am looking at other apps that can provide me with that.

This is not what we've been asking for. The previous calendar allowed you to look at how many miles you ran this week, and compare it to how many miles you ran the week before, and the week before that, etc. This Stats page is not the same, you cannot look at the past five weeks and see how you did on each one. This was such a simple, and easy thing to do on the previous calendar, the information was right there, where it needed to be.

You also need to change the weeks in the calendar to Mon-Sun, nobody tracks their workouts Sun (last week) through Sat (this week).

I was holding off on switching because you guys have been touting the upcoming Stats page as a solution to the many requests to give us weekly totals back. I figured I'd give you the benefit of the doubt. Now that I've seen it I'm actively evaluating other sites. As it is after the redesign mapmyfitness.com has nothing I want/need. I used to come here multiple times a day to track my fitness progress, and never even thought about going anywhere else, because the old site gave me exactly what I needed for tracking my progress. Now I'm gone, I'll check back in a month or two to see if you guys get your act together.

Well, this is moving in the right direction, but still needs tweaking.

    1. Week needs to return to Monday-Sunday.

    2. The "lifetime" stats by activity are missing and need to be added back.

    3. We need a filter for activity type for all the stats.

Will be very glad to have the aggregate stats return. I relied on those to gauge my mileage month to month, and my mileage improvement year to year.

Yes please bring this back.  One use case I have is that with road biking, my bike got stolen last year and I want to see how many miles I have rode on the new bike compared to the old bike per year.  Thank you for listening!

What a improvement:-) I miss week/month/year heart rate distribution. And courses feature (from 2019) - why is number of features decreased and decreased year by year?

Thanks for adding back, seems to be working for me.

Now just add it back on the Android app :-)

The Stats page is not working for me in Google Chrome Version 84.0.4147.89 (Official Build) (64-bit). I also verified similar behavior in MS Edge. Here is some feedback on new State page:

    • Takes nearly 2 minutes to load
    • Once loaded, incorrect data is displayed - example: it says for the last week I logged 7 workouts (I logged 12), with 0 distance, duration, and calories.
    • This happens for all selections of daily, weekly, mothly, etc.

Additional feedback on the new design/stats - appreciate bringing the weekly, monthly, yearly, etc stats back, but the design is poorly done. This needs to be added back to the dashboard view as it was prior to the redesign - at this point, the "Dashboard" is no longer a true dashboard and should be renamed "Calendar". A helpful dashboard view would be to return to the previous design - calendar view of your workouts, with summary of distance, duration, and calories at end of each week, summary for the entire month at top, and bar graphs below to visualize the data.

Thanks for putting in a stats page. It would be good if it didn't pale (very pale) in comparison to the previous site. I completely agree with Marcus Borman, Kevin Abbott and others. The ability to see in an instant the previous weekly totals of milelage, duration and calories in the calendar was such a good way to monitor and motivate my performance. It really worked in a way the new site just doesn't. I have been using this for many years and for the first time I'm thinking of looking elsewhere.

Sorry, but I like the old system better.  I could look at the calendar and see how active (or lazy) I was for the week.

Truthfully, I appreciate your effort. But, it is really terrible. I just don't understand why you would change something so valuable to so many athletes. Again, I ask without judgement: do the programmers or web developers run/cycle/walk/etc. themselves??? There is no way a group of athletes in a meeting would have voted to just throw away the old site.

I just visited the new STATS page. It is just... So Bad. Sorry.

    Very long time user,

    Rich

The Stats page isn't working. It just keeps giving me the little spinning "still working" icon. I have to say that this site has taken a dramatic turn for the worse since the recent update.

Why did you get rid of the steps statistics?  Sometimes changes/improvements are not the best.  This seems to be the case with the latest upgrade

I also agree that we need the weekly/monthly/yearly mileage to be able to be separated by activity. Total mileage means nothing if it's combined with walking, biking and running all lumped together. The new site looks pretty but needs to function as well as look good! Would also love to have the weekly mileage be available on the dashboard/calendar view like it used to be

    Thanks!

Please bring back the weekly totals on the calendar. It would also be great to have a daily breakdown for each week, not just the current one. Also the stats page takes so long to load.

"We are working on building a new page that will provide this functionality and allow you to train smarter!"

Does this mean the aggregate stats (assuming they are actually brought back at all) will only be available on the website, and not on the app itself?

The "new" stats require multiple steps/clicks to see what previously appeared directly on the Dashboard/calendar. Also, how do we restore weekly stats to Monday-Sunday rather than Sunday-Saturday?

Nothing is showing up under distance, duration or calories even though it says I have 5 workouts.
