Syncing Unsaved Workouts

We want our users to reliably log each recorded activity, however there are still a variety of factors that can make saving a route difficult. Different types of interference can cause an error saving, including:

  • GPS signal strength
  • Cellular or data signal
  • Duration of a recording
  • Surrounding environment

Uncrowded and open areas tend to be best when saving, ideally connected to a wifi signal.

The latest version of the app has a perfect save feature placing workouts unable to sync in the app settings until you have a strong data connection. If an activity fails to save: Navigate to the app settings > Select the "Unsynced Workouts" option to see a list of any activities not synced/saved. If an activity is not here then you will unfortunately have to manually log it.
