In order to link your Misfit account to MapMy, you must begin by downloading the Misfit application on your smart phone.
After downloading the app from either Google Play or the iTunes App Store, sign up for an account or sign into your existing Misfit account. Select your device from the list and make sure Bluetooth is enabled before tapping the red circle to link your device to the app. This may take a few moments or multiple attempts.
After successfully signing in and linking your device, please select MapMy from the "Apps" screen, which will prompt you to log in and authorize the connection.
Once it reads "connected," your Misfit device should sync to your MapMy account! We should then receive the following information:
Workouts and stats are not syncing properly or at all from Misfit to MapMy account
Though we try to prevent it from happening, occasionally problems with accounts and devices syncing may occur. If Misfit is not syncing steps or sleep to your Dashboard at all, review the troubleshooting below.
- Verify the correct source for your steps/sleep is prioritized.
- On our website, click the "Data Preferences" button at the top of the Connect Accounts & Devices page and make sure that Misfit is your step and/or sleep source.
- In the app, open the menu > select "Connect Apps & Devices" > tap "Manage Priority" > select Misfit for steps and/or sleep.
- Disconnect/reconnect within Misfit. Try disconnecting/reconnecting MapMy from within the Misfit app.
