Troubleshooting 101

If you’re having trouble with the app, a few basic troubleshooting tips can solve a wide variety of issues. If your problem persists after following all of these tips please contact us with a description of your issue so that we can assist you further.

  1. Force quit the app and any other open apps. Relaunch the app, and see if the problem persists.
  2. Delete the application from your phone entirely, and then reinstall the app from the app store
  3. Restart your cell phone, this can sometimes free up memory and restore functionality
  4. Turn off Wi-Fi before starting your workout. Wifi is known to decrease the accuracy of your GPS and also cause network data transfer conflicts.

**NOTE:** Prior to deleting the app, ensure any recent workouts are synced. Workouts that are not synced before reinstalling cannot be recovered. To learn more read our workout syncing FAQ
